This ministry seeks to preserve the unique history of Sixth Avenue Baptist Church. Safety & Securities Ministries
The Security Ministry provides a safe and comfortable environment for the congregation of Sixth Avenue Baptist Church through working with the ushers and parking greeters to provide a secure building. Contact person Mr. Carl Wilson @agentcew@aol.com
Parking Greeters
The Parking Greeters help provide easy access and exit to and from the church campus by controlling the flow of traffic. The Parking Greeters give warm welcomes to members and guests while patrolling the campus to manage overflow parking. Contact person, Mr. Carl Wilson @ agentcew@aol.com
Transportation Committee
The Transportation Committee’s goal is to help people of all age groups that are unable to get to church on their own. After picking people up at their respective residences, our courteous drivers will gladly provide a safe ride to and from Sixth Avenue Baptist Church. The Transportation ministry also provides transportation for ministries and auxiliaries of the church to various workshops and activities.
The primary goal of the credit union is to provide services for lending, saving and other financial matters. Persons must join the credit union in order to receive its services. For more information, please contact Ms. Michele Days at 205-322-6654
